The Surgeon General has no position on gesticulation that I could find. On the other hand, smoking while gestating is most definitely discouraged.
If you take exception to this you are probably a thespian and I bet you matriculated in public, too.

I prefer to smoke at all times, even while refueling my car and sleeping. I have the attitude that any time god wants me, god can have me. It's not exactly like it's a bloody Holiday down here anymore, is it?
Just be careful when you gesticulate. Can't have you putting your eye out like my friend Carmilla. Do you drive a cab?

It depends on the brand of cigarette you purchase. Look closely on the pack to find out if the ciggy of your choice is "Gesticulate Friendly" then go ahead and flail the air like crazy.

Perhaps you are gesticulating too fast.
If you mean cigarettes, then be careful, you could put someone's eye out with that.

i know you don't what to hear this if your a smoker but smoking in general is unhealthy and a leading cause of lung cancer. I lost my mother to lung caner just over a year ago to a type of Lung cancer directly related to smoking.
so to me it is never a good idea.
