The simple answer is no.
But, there is another way.
People who mod the Xbox are able to make them work like a high-performance PC. If you were willing (and able) to mod your Xbox360 this way, and you could get your hands on a PS2 emulator for the PC, this might just work. But, it's a stretch at best.
