Well, I don't like the thought of it, but I don't think that it will get critical until a hundred years from now or more. We will lose a few cities when the ocean rises, but we will just move them inland. The problem is, will we waste our time moving them a mile then another mile, then another, or just move them fifty miles inland in the first place?
Global warming is real, but it isn't caused by any man-made pollution, because there is also global warming happening on Mars. NASA has photos of the Martian polar ice cap shrinking over the last fifty years, and you KNOW that wasn't cause by any earth pollution!
For more evidence, please refer to my previous Best Answers on the topic of global warming.
It's real, we didn't cause it, we can't stop it, we just have to get used to it and move our cities. Politicians who claim otherwise are just trying to smear their political opponents by getting the public to blame those opponents for something beyond human control.

Did you ever hear the story of Chicken Little? "The sky is falling. The sky is falling."
Same thing for the Global Warming alarmists! Read ALL the facts -- not just what those with a political agenda about global warming have to say.
There is nothing to be scared about...it's a natural cycle of the world's climate -- it is NOT created by man and can't be "corrected" by man. It will be several centuries before there is anything to be scared about.

It is not the earth that is in danger, it is us. The earth destroys all species that live on it every ? years. Who are we to think that we can do anything? Of course global warming is caused by our industries and our excessive use of natural resources, but the earth has its own "white blood cells" to fight off disease, and the diseases are us. Eathquakes, tsunamis, volcano eruptions, floods, hurricanes, superstorms, droughts, fires, ect+ect. It does not matter what we do to try and save the earth, it wont matter, when the earth decides its sick of humans, it will rid us off this planet like a dog shaking fleas off his body. Humans have had a run of what 200,000 years or so, its about that time, and what will the next species of beings see from our time here, maybe some plastic, but probably nothing, like we were never here. So dont worry, what you do to hurt or help will mean nothing, were not that important to the earth.

Read Michael Crichton's "State Of Fear". It's spellbinding and will give you a true perspective on Global Warming. I know you won't give me 2 points now, but you will after you read "State Of Fear" .

Yep its a bad thing. We can help stop it or slow it down by stopping the pollution, close these nasty plants and drive low emmision cars, plant trees, recycle, don't spill toxic crap in the ditches and streams, go organic, buy long lasting products, and more, just be creative and think about solving the problems.
