It really depends a great deal upon the body chemistry of the individual taking it. There only constant with everyone is that they kill pain. They are painkillers. In some they produce a feeling of drowsiness, likely with the behavior of being slow and lathargic. In others they produce a feeling of euphoria, likely behavior with people that get this affect from it are, unable to sit still, have lots of energy, and very happy! FYI I am the later of the 2 and my wife is the former of the 2!
