the warranty question is a good one, but if this is a Do it yourself thing or warranty period is over, I work at a plumbing company and have a few suggestions,
possibly need to firm up the support under the tub, so slide in wood pieces where the cracks are and use spray foam (a lot) around this to secure the whole area. There are fiberglass repair kits, but there are people who do this also, I know the man in our area that does it, but you might call a plumbing company in your area and ask for the warranty department, just see if you can find a friendly person to drop the name of a fiberglass repair person. It's likely they will. You will be getting someone with experience.

a fiberglass repair kit would work as the others mentioned, but usually turns out ugly. check the warranty or call a pro

Have you tried talking with anyone from Sundance? It's possible you may have a warranty on it, or they could give you professional advise if you no longer have a warranty
