She left today, same as one year ago: "I'm not happy". Only child age two, left him too. Last time she wanted to come home after 5 weeks. Suggestions welcome.

You need to develop a research project entitled "Methodology Development to provide sustainable happiness to wife" and do research on her for a longer duration. I am sure you will definately find the way out from your research output. You can even commercialize your findings man, many will be benefitted.

She did it twice, now and left her 2 year old child as well? Don't you believe that both you and your son deserve much better than that. It's not fair to your child to have this woman coming into his life, then disappearing over and over again. Move on. A woman who would leave her husband and child is not mature enough to be a wife or mother.

I will recommend you the best website for man/female relations.
It works for me. (see sources)

"WHAT DOES WOMAN WANT?"

Freud was unable to answer this question despite "thirty years of research into the feminine soul."

Chaucer's "Wife of Bath" knew the answer: Woman wants to be loved. She'll do anything for love, even if it means becoming a feminist.

Many Western women today are dysfunctional because they are getting contradictory messages. Society tells them to be "strong and independent," i.e. successful in a career.

But this behaviour is masculine and makes men feel redundant. Men don't like these women. Thus women are doing what society tells them to do, yet they are not getting the male love they expect and need.

Women are loved when they put their husband and children before themselves. It is feminine to self efface. Men love these women because they become part of them.

I am not against a woman having a career, only putting it before marriage and family.

File for divorce, ask for custody and child support. Obviously, she does not want to be married and it's cruel to make your child suffer the unpredictability and instability. At least if you are divorced and she gets alternate weekend visitation, the child will know she will eventually come back. And if she doesn't, you can raise him/her with all of the love and stability a small child deserves, free from her flaky interference.

If your not happy you are not doing the child any favors so be done. Call it a learning experience.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Have you tried marriage counseling to try and figure out what needs to be different for her to be able to be happy in your marriage?

Move on, do not take her back unless you want to go through the same thing over and over.

You can't live like that and it's terrible for your child. File for divorce and make sure you get custody of your kid.
