Call the bus company, but keep in mind that the price you pay depends on how far in advance you buy your ticket. If you need to go right now, you pay the highest price. A ticket for tomorrow is cheaper and it keeps going down until you get to the bottom price. With Greyhound that means you get the best price if you buy your ticket at least three weeks in advance.

get the phonebook for whatever city you are leaving from, and look up busses. greyhound is often in the white pages. then simpley call them!
