yes. if you are talking about the ship yes its being made now and is suppose to be finished in a few years
if you are talking about the movie...no its a trailer someone made that went infamous

i heard something to that effect. they said that the boat is so big that it may not get sent out because of happened the last time. you think they would've learned from history!
