No. Because the government has no business restricting or allowing abortion. The constitution clearly defines the duties of the government and it does not include legislating morality.

yes this is a human rights issue not a moral choice

Politically speaking, abortion is an issue that involves competing rights. On the one hand, you have the mother's right not to be pregnant. On the other hand, you have the baby's right not to be killed. The question that must be answered is this. Which right is more fundamental? Which right has a greater claim? Abortion advocates argue that outlawing abortion would, in essence, elevate the rights of the unborn over and above those of the mother. "How can you make a fetus more important than a grown woman?", they might ask. In reality, outlawing abortion wouldn't be giving unborn children more rights, it would simply gain for them the one most fundamental right that no one can live without, the right to life.

YES! Its killing a poor little baby. I dont believe anyone is an accident... sometimes just suprises. And womans choice my booty, im a woman and I still know its wrong. The woman made her choice and then got pregnant, so now its the babies choice. Besides, what if their mothers had abortions? What if Martin Luther Kings mom had an abortion? Everyone has a purpose.

The government has a clear perogative to protect it's citizens and an unborn baby is still a citizen in my opinion. But not according to the Supreme Court. So a bunch of scientists and nine men in robes get to decide when life starts? What a load! The court said black slaves weren't really people either, but chattle and so had no rights. Were they right?

YES.It is irrefutable evidence that at the moment of conception, there is a human LIFE growing. Under no circumstances should abortion be allowed.Babies are innocent and should be given the chance at a full, happy life,no matter how they are conceived.

The constitution states that the governement can ignore certain rights for public health reasons.
Abortion is a severe health risk for the mother and should be stopped. The only exception would be if the mother is going to die.

No. it should stay legal. yes it could be wrong to get one but that is something they have to live with but what if you are raped and you get pregnant? you are not the one who made the mistake could you imagine being in that position and having no options available I however do not agree with people who don't take any procautions and have abortions just to solve their problem several times that is very wrong.

Thousands of unwanted children with an overloaded foster care system already in place. Why- women must choose how to handle their body. Not a man, a relative, or a person who "believes" it is wrong. Someone else's strong belief doesn't have say in my choices for my body.
