Go see a doctor. And if the pain worsens, go immediately to the emergency room. You might be getting a urinary tract infection or (worst case scenario) your having an ectopic pregnancy/ tubal pregnancy. Do you feel a pressure or pain more to one side (right or left lower abdomen) than the other? Does the pain come & go or is it constant? Are you spotting or bleeding at all? If these are your symptoms, get a doc appointment immediately. Or go to the ER. Look up an ectopic pregnancy (if the abdominal & other symtoms above apply is good) because it is serious & if not caught early enough, can be life threatening (because your fallopian tube can burst). Does you have a burning sensation when you urinate? (if so, it's a UTI) Drink a large bottle of cranberry juice within a 24 hour period & you will be fine. Both can cause you to feel more tired than usual, because your body is trying to fight off/ fix a problem. Also consider, when was your last period? When was the last time you've had unprotected sex? I hope it just turns out to be gas.

Sure you could be pregnant but it is more likely a bladder infection. Using the restroom frequently and lower abdomen pain do not usually happen early on in pregnancy. Go to the doctor.

Those symptoms could be almost anything. If you've has sex and you have missed your period then worry about being pregnant. If you think that you are you can buy a test anywhere USA. You can also go to the health clinic and they will do a free test. If you are having sex and you do not want to have kids then use birth control which is also free at the clinic.

How late is your period? The using the bathroom is a symptom, but you never know if it's just your mind playing tricks on you until you take the test. After you confirm you're pregnant, you need to make a doctor's appointment.

well these could be signs of any illness, not being pregnant!! So you need to see a doctor if the pain keeps up or if the pain keeps you awake or wakes you up during sleep!!! Any pain that wakes you up during sleep is serious!! You may have a urinary infection which will cause you to pee so much or make you feel like you need to go pee and it can give you that pain too !! It can make you feel sick and it needs to be treated with medication fro m a doctor!! But these signs are not signs of being pregnant!! Good luck and see your dr. !!
