the only genuine Satanic bands you are going to discover are in black metallic and the occasional loss of existence metallic. None of those bands are Satanic, Slayer and Marilyn Manson have anti-christian songs yet this is it.

Cradle of Filth.
I'm not a big fan of either, but the first band that popped up when you said Slipknot was Cradle of Filth. They scare me. :)

try a band called blank theory, i'm not sure how long they've been around ...i've only recently discovered them. but i like the their sound.
