Then they blame west for making Oil obsolete and send Osama's boys to bomb it too.

The "dumb" ones like Saudi Arabia will go back to living in the Deserts as Nomads while watching their crumbling cities decay from a lack of maintenance. The foreign workers will have long departed due to the lack of money to pay their salaries.
The "smart" ones like the UAE will continue to enjoy their prosperity having taken steps to diversify their economies and reduce oil dependencies.
Of course, none of this is likely to happen in our lifetimes.

I'm guessing that the region will be blown up in a nuclear holocaust long before oil runs out.
The only question I have is...

They'll go back to being nomads the way they were before the US and Great Britain set up puppet governments that decided later they were going to keep their oil and cause us to come after them with bombs.

Nothing , they will live happy and free from western influence for ever. Nobody will force democracy down their throat and kill them in the name of freedom. Have you ever heard of Gambia ? That is the point they have no oil.
