On the TV show CSI does Nick Stokes die? In the later episodes there is a tape they found that sounds like they killed him, but i am not sure if he is dead or being held hostage. Could someone please tell me

He was on the 2006 season finale and he was fine.
I think in the 2005 season finale he was kidnapped and buried alive, but he was rescued. The kidnapper had taped messages and Grissom was trying to figure out who the kidnapper's accomplice was.

nick did not die
at the season finale of season 5, he was kidnapped and bury in a coffin. his CSI colleagues were able to find him at the last minute. he was however badly bitten by fire ants
