There is a program called "Eraser" that will completely remove any remnants of files that you have deleted in the past.

It's a free download at snapfiles.com/get/eraser.html

Install it and set up a task to "Erase Unused Disk Space"

Try CCleaner it Wrks at its BEST...it removes all Unwanted Files.

look for a free program called ccleaner, it will clean all the junk from your computer, just check the boxes of the areas you want cleaned(recycle bin, temp files, ect)

use disk cleanup.,..

right click on your drive c:
choose properties..

click General tab
then click Disk Cleanup

wait for a while...

Disk clean up appears..

on disk cleanup tab choose the options you want to clean..
or you can choose More Options to choose...'

click ok
then yes..
