Which others? That's kinda vague, there. Also, lots of Americans aren't in the mainstream American culture, but I'll assume that's what you mean.
At any rate, you'll probably learn more by studying other cultures than by asking what differentiates Americans - and if I'm making a bad assumption by assuming you're an American, I apologise.
