I use unsalted butter.
We did some research on this and decided that for how much we use it (not much) this is the healthiest choice for us.

I use butter, margarine is man made, and therefore worse for you than butter is. Margarine goes through your arteries and fills them up with what will become plaque. Because butter is natural the body recognizes it and can therefore break it down, margarine can not.

Margarine. Butter is too hard to spread on bread. But I use butter when I cook.

Only butter. Margarine seems like 'fake food' to me. Something weird about it.

Butter because it's a dairy. Margarine is chemicals and oil.

Butter is the real deal......I've HEARD that margarine is 1 molecule away from plastic.....(someone sent it to me via e-mail), margarine doesn't sour, and according to that e-mail, if you took a tub or margarine and sat it outside or in a garage, it will remain untouched by bugs and there would be no trace of mold or mildew......try it out and see for yourself!

BUTTER ..margarine is too fake and is one molecule away from being plastic....plus butter just tastes better.
The chemicals in fake things like margarine cause scaring in the arteries which allows the plaque to collect in the arteries which leads to clogged arteries...it if far worse for you than butter
