If this is drywall I would do this, I have done it
If the hole is not very big you can go to a hardware store and buy something like screen (they will know what you need), also get a tub of drywall plaster. Cut the screen just enough to cover hole take a putty knife and spread some plaster over the area. Make it as level as you can. Next day, if dry, sand the area till smooth and level with wall. (hardware store also has the sanding blocks for this). Paint (may wind up painting the entire room) wa la done. as far as your parents they are gonna be mad apoligize and fix it. Cost Minimal

Well the obvious thing is you pay for the wall to be repaired and painted and it 's not gonna be cheap.
Go to a painter and replasterer, they're in the phone book and get some estimates. Then ask your parents if they want to have it done you'll repay them for the costs and labour and then YOU DO IT.
I think you might want to look at some anger management sessions too , punching holes in walls is NOT a good way to vent anger. Punching anything is NOT a good way to vent anger.

Well, I dont think it would be easy to fix it behind your parents back. So unless you can pull it off, I would begin by being very sorry and then show them and tell them that you are going to pay. Be prepared for follow up questions though like 'why were you so mad' and 'what were you thinking'... Just get it over with so you can move on
Dont worry, we all get mad at times. One time I had a really bad day and threw the phone against the wall. Lets just say the phone wasnt in good shape... the wall wasnt really great either. We all get caught up in the moment so unless you have an anger prob., I wouldnt worry about it.

Only to add to all the GOOD answerer's, If the hole is really big...Take a piece of window screen, and tie a thread onto the middle of it. Put it in the hole and then pull it forward against the back side of the hole. Put the first layer of patch on the screened hole while holding the string/thread tight as you safely can against the back side of the wall. Wait for it to dry, and repeat the process a couple of times.
Then finally cut off the string and finish with one more coat of wall compound. Then sand it smooth AFTER it has dried for a couple of days, damp wipe off the sanding, and you are ready to paint.
My Son has kicked/punched holes in every wall in the upstairs of the house, plus a couple of doors.
He is now a fine plasterer and can hang a new door with ease, He is also a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN and has learned only in the past year, at age 26 to control that temper!
For every ones sake, you try to find out what sets you off and do some preventive maintainance on that also!

...first u get a straight edge and a pencil and cut out a perfect square around the damage area ... us a tape and a "square" edge to keep it square this will make it easier ..... use a knife or a hacksaw blade to cut it out .... after it is cut out use a knife to score the paper covering on the drywall about two inches away from the edge all the way around and peel the paper off and clean it up so its pretty smooth where the paper was... now u need to measure how thick da drywall is then run to homedepot or a building supply place and get a piece large enough to cover the hole. after you get it home cut off a couple of 4" wide strips .... now reach inside the hole with the strip and screw it onto the existing drywall so it overhangs the hole by 2" or so ... screw it through so the screws are in the area that the paper was peeled off earlier ... do this on all 4 sides of the hole so there is support for the new piece ... now measure off the new drywall to fit the cutout hole perfectly and use a knife to score ur marks and break out the new piece ... clean up the edges by scraping with a knife so it fits in the opening ... now do the same thing u did before and score about 2" of the paper from the edge and peel it off around the edge of the piece .. stick it in the hole now supported by the pieces u screwed from the backside earlier now screw through the area of the peeled off paper and into the supports in the back ... all ur screws should be in the peeled paper areas and there should be a total of about 4" of peeled paper all around the edge of the hole ..2" on one side, 2" on the other with all the screws inside the peeled area .. ok, now u need drywall tape, a small 1 gal bucket of drywall mud, and an application knife about 6" wide ... slather a good amount of mud into the recessed peeled paper area all the way around ... then mash the drywall tape into the mud and smooth it with more mud on top ... scrape it down flat then let it dry overnight ... sand it with an 60-80 grit sanding block the next day then reapply the mud to fill in low spots ... smooth it as good as u can and let it dry ... sand the next day then maybe hit it once more until its perfect .. then paint ...total cost will be under 30$ probably with the tools excluding paint.

It's not difficult. Apologize, of course, but go to Home Depot or a hardware store and ask them for some material to fix a hole. It will be a can of some sort of compound, and you'll need maybe a a spatula. And you should match the color and get a little paint and paint over it.
And you DON'T need "anger counseling" sponsored by some stupid liberals. You've already learned your lesson and are exercising some humility and responsibility if you follow through.

its not too hard to fix ...you can go to walmart or a hardware store...they have a repair patch that you can put over the hole , about 2 dollars and a container of plaster repair about 2 or 3 dollars , a flexible putty knife about 88cents, smooth the plaster repair over the patch ...it will have all instructions on this stuff too, then of course you may have to repaint ... but all together , it shouldnt be too bad .. good luck and make sure you apologize.....

Repair the wall. Yourself. If you don't know how. Learn how. Then consider some sort of anger management counseling.

You make it up to them by being extra extra considerate and behave them 100 percent of the time.
The cost probably depends on the extent of the damage. Offer to forego a portion of your allowance for a while. The actual amount should be at your parents discretion.

nicely i exploit u have not repaired a hollow contained in the wall before on the grounds that your asking...a lot of stuff your going to favor, drywall compound, sand paper, drywall patch, drywall tape, primer, and paint. so impressive difficulty to do is to attempt to disguise it with something
