I just got a U3 flash drive and i can't figure out how to put files onto it, such as text files and whatnot. Can anyone help me?

if your using windows xp do this..... go to my computer... then look for the DRIVE letter for your Flash Drive then double click it then it will be open like a FOLDER all you have to do is DRAG and DROP the FILES there LOL or you could do is right click your files then look for SEND TO then choose where you want them to be put. hope this help!

Have you installed it already? What OS are you using? But usually it's detected by Windows and it should appear as USB Storage Device or Removable Device. Drag and Drop or Copy and Paste

It should appear as a Removable Media drive in My Computer, then you just copy as normal

RIGHT CLICK THE FILE YOU WANT, SEND TOO... WHICHEVER DRIVE YOUR FLASHDRIVE IS CALLED I.E., E DRIVE OR F DRIVE. OR FOR A TEXT DOC, DO A SAVE AS... IN YOUR FLASHDRIVE.
