Run your waste disposal with hot water for about 5 minutes then pour 1 cup of bleach in your sink and waste disposal. Let sit for another 10 minutes and then run hot water into your sink and have your waste disposal on for about 1 minute..This should work good luck!! Make sure that when you put food down the disposal always run it with water faucet on...This would eliminate flies....

Lemon dish soap should do it. Just squirt a tone of it in the ISE and run it with water for while. Once it has stopped, sqirt some more in and that should do it. If not, bleach could work well too, but is not as good for the septic system.
