YES! i was just wondering that the other day. Then i got my new FitMamma DVD and the lady who does the workout was talking about exercising your sciatic nerve because it could hurt. She says to lie on your side and pull your leg forward and rest it around 90 degree angle (an equal distance between your resting leg and your head). pull back from your leg and hold. I did these exxercises for about 2 days and my pain left. try that!

Sciatic nerve pain is very usual during pregnancy , the only thing you could do is ask your Dr the best analgesic to take and be patient. Good Luck!!!

Yes I did and it was horrible. The only thing to do was to get a heating pad and wait it out. My doc said that I could not take ibuprofen for the pain and Tylenol did nothing.

Yes I did, I went and had a deep tissue massage helped a lot. My Dr. said no to heating pads because it can heat up your body temp and heat up the babies body temp and they can't regulate their temps, same concept of not taking hot baths.

My friend had that problem. She took Tylenol, which hardly helped, and basically she put heat on it and waited it out. I have that problem sometimes after sex because I am small. I can normally walk mine off in tears! But try heat and adjusting your position.
