I crave protein. Meat, cheese, milk, etc.
I could never be a Vegetarian.

It varies. If I have eaten a lot of carbs, I crave more. Protein is better. I ate shrimp stir fried with veggies for lunch 2 days in a row!
I don't suffer though!

carbs, definitly. i dont eat much meat. i come from a long line of alcoholics, so I crave sweets and carbs, even though I dont drink, it is in my genetic code to want the alcohol. I deny my body that stuff, so I crave carbs.

I have to have my carbs. My doc gets mad at me because I don't eat enough meat and don't get as much protein and iron as I need.

rather have the the protein if I have to choose, yet I like a balanced diet. I only tend to eat one meal a day per day and drink water and vegetable/fruit juice and I make my own. I fast at least once per week. Well I do have my morning coffee vice....
