a gay man is not evil, he is just a variety in the human genepool, the same way as a person who can't roll their tongue. a racist bigot and a homophobe are equally evil because they replace thought and observation with stereptyping and prejudice, and that way cause untold damage to many individuals and society as a whole.

the gay man could be more evil, it depends what he did.
But I will assume you think that the gay part is the evil bit and say that a racist bigot and a homophobe are equally evil

gay people are not evil for starters...
racist bigots and homophobes are unpleasant people, but not necessarily evil.

If you are asking scripturally then it would be the gay man. If you are speaking of morality then I would say the racist bigot.
