Each morning before you go to work hide your booze around the house and in the yard. You will be so hungover and will take such an *** pounding at work that you will have completely forgotten where you hid the stuff when you get home.

When nightfalls and you are ready to drown you sorrows you will get lots of exercise tearing the house apart.

I go walking and yell "Hey *****!" and anyone over 45. Men and women too. Doesn't matter. Usually my walk turns into a brisk jog!
