In the North trains run on time while in the South people run on schedule. This might tell a lot of differences between the North and the South.

I lived in Texas for 41 years and have lived in New York for the last 6 1/2 years. When I first got here I thought people were unfriendly and rude. They aren't really, it's just they are more assertive than most southerners I know. They don't mind telling you what they think and they have no problem saying no. I was raised by an older southern mother who was raised by an older southern mother. I was taught to be compliant, friendly and I used to think it would be the end of the world if someone asked me to do something and I said no. So, the difference was astounding to me. Now I know people here and just realize that it's a cultural thing and people aren't being rude. Or at least I can now tell the difference when someone is or isn't being rude. Now I'm more assertive and I don't feel guilty if I say no to someone. (-: Kind of surprises my friends and family back home, but it's really freeing to be able to say what you think (in a tactful manner) and not feel obligated to overload yourself with other people's problems.

Which country are you asking about? I've learned that the USA is not the only country where there is north v. south, so I'm not sure how to answer.

In the South adult men refer to their fathers as "Daddy", something I could never quite get used to. However I do believe the people in general tend to be more friendly.

There's really not much of a difference anymore....accents are different, Southerners are usually more religious and sometimes more close minded (it's not known as the Bible Belt for nothing), teh weather is definitely different, etc.

i've got regarded at lots of the solutions right here and you could infer your answer from those solutions... check out what Sunny and <<<<>>>> reported in case you regarded at what they reported it became approximately fairness and Hinduism which returned proves the element that they are smitten by ability of White colour. They nevertheless attempt to tutor they're improved yet in actual actuality they are actually not inferior or not improved..yet they have faith that which South Indians won't even care.one greater ingredient I understood that North Indians are attempting to sell Hindi as Indian language that's rather plenty idiotic. As Mr. Jithin reported in actual actuality they don't understand to speak English nicely.subsequently why do not they use English to unite India.adult males in South India do not even understand approximately Hindi and its greater valuable to benefit English over Hindi as its the international language and Hindi is arabic as you reported. Its not even Indian language.Tamils are reported to be the organic inhabitants of India and Tamil ought to be the real language in India. And bear in ideas there are Hindi audio equipment greater in India yet while it comes international, there are greater tamil audio equipment than you could think of off and as one guy reported approximately Hinduism, this returned proves North Indians are narrow minded.they don't evaluate Indians as Indians quite than they provide theory to themselves as Hindus and South,West,East Indians that's pathetic. yet i'm not telling with regard to the completed North Indian community, check out what Amisha reported even nevertheless she is a North India, she will tell the reality!I understand her for telling the reality
