Distilled water will boil the fastest. The more ingredients that are in the water, like salt, the higher the boiling point will be.

It should be distilled water. Anything dissolved in solution with water, including salt or pond impurities, serves to raise the boiling point (and lower the melting point) by forming bonds with some of the water particles. Carbonated water is also a solution--a solution of water and carbon dioxide. Intuitively, you might think carbonated water will boiler faster because it's already bubbling. But that's just carbon dioxide being released, not water vapor. I think that the dissolved carbon dioxide raises the boiling point just like salt does.

Distilled water. Anything you add to water will make it boil at a higher temperature. Carbon dioxide in carbonated water will bubble, but it is not boiling.

since it's a tie, it's distilled, salt raises the boiling point, it's a myth that it makes water boil faster, it really just allows you to cook at a higher temperature.

Since distilled water is the most pure, it would have the lowest boiling point.

Salt it lowers the boiling temperature of tap water to add salt which will also make water boil faster.
