Sometimes it does seem that way. People try to be funny, make people laugh, or get their attention, and if the question has been asked umpteen million times, they try to put a new spin on it. And a question can be asked umpteen million times, but the answers are usually different., because the answerers also put their own spin on things.

They don't check for questions that had been asked or resolved and want to get a fast reply since there are so many helpful souls in this world.
