There already is a provision of government sponsored benefits and programs for children and their families. So no, I wouldn't support it. I believe that if you are capable of having kids, then you, as parents should support them. The government shouldn't be a fix-all for the stupid decisions we make in our personal lives.

I would support a tax cut so those with children can pay for themselves.
