Get a recent issue of Robin, use that as a basis for the costume. Or get a premade Robin costume like Chris O'donnell wore in the movie.

If you're gonna do this do it right!
Go as the original comics Robin, from the 1940s and 50s.
You know.... with the little green undies, peterpan booties red vest thing and tiny little eye covering mask. Then get a buddy to dress up as Old school Batman! Do it right!

wow....you're going to get beat up pretty bad for that. Well, I guess robin was a gay superhero so perhaps it's pretty appropriate if you're actually going to wear a costume.
