Yes - as long as the thoughts stay in your head they are harmless. You might want to ask yourself why you are having these thoughts though - could be an indication of a problem.

Everyone has those fantasy's. Even good little Christians. Don't worry about it and try to concentrate on enjoying your partner more since you only have so much time with them on this earth.
