maggots
bloodworms
limburger cheese(the smell, it smells like foot odor to me)
ticks, especially engorged ticks!
someone leaving a public toilet dirty, meaning they forgot to flush!

True story....This girl I know went to the doctor for a sore throat upon inspection the doctor found maggots growing in the back of her throat, gross yes, but it gets better, well I guess these particular maggots or whatever come from dead flesh. At first she was baffled then remembered that her fiance at the time worked at a morgue!! I find this very gross and disturbing.

asian style toilets (squaters) - really easy to miss for both men and women. The plumbing connected to it is also not great to you get in double - eyes and nose.
sukemono - Japanese pickled vegetables. It smells like dirty diapers - who'd want to eat something that smells like sh*t?
I agree with maggots
crushed worms on the sidewalk after a rainstorm

Blood sausage, green goo oozing from little kids noses, nasal hair, dirty fingernails, the smell at the town dump, a chicken coop, the smell of a meat market, bus exhaust, and eels :)

I find David there to be gross and disgusting. His opinions are usually very juvenile and I wind up seeing his answers posted on a lot of the same questions as mine.

I find endadelphos gross and disgusting. It is a parasitic fetus that is enclosed within the body of or within a tumor upon the larger twin.
Also I hate the worms that dogs get.

well at my school , in the girl lockeroom restrooms they leave pads with blood on them not even bothering to throw them away ,thats pretty gross.
