a clean bong would be considered "drug paraphernalia"

the meaning of "possession of a controlled substance" is pretty much self-explanatory; however, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the charge is made will determine what quantity is required for conviction on that charge

ordinarily, PCS is a misdemeanor; "possession with intent" (to mfr or dist, etc.) is ordinarily a felony

That would be possession of drug paraphernalia, simple misdemeanor, up to $500 fine and 90 days in jail, but most likely a person who gets charged with this will get small fine and 1 year probation.

It means your in possession of a controlled substance for which you do not have a prescription. It means your going to get some time but if its your fist time getting into trouble you will most likely get probation or community service.

it is possession of a controlled substance. if a person gets charged with this they obviously had no medical reason for possession (prescription drugs) and if it was a schedule 1 (illegal drugs) they obviously had no reason period! the charges are listed usually in the public health code...

when you're arrested, they don't know if it's cocaine or baking powder...until they get results from the lab...something along that line.
