As light did not exist before the big bang, and light, space and time are all conditions which were brought about by the big band, I would guess the answer is No. However, if it was possible, it certainly would be interesting to see what that singularity was like and what, if anything was there before. Some have suggested that there may have been many big bangs followed by expansions and compressions of everything. Even wilder, these people have even suggested that in previous big bangs different conditions would have made for different physical laws. Wild and inconceivable to imagine exactly what we'd see.

great question!

The faster you go the slower time moves for you so the best you could hope for is to stop time from changing for you but would keep on moveing every where else. So you can only go forwards in time.

I believe that you can go the speed of light just like in a stream of water you can move to the speed of the flow of water and even now man kind has solar sales which is pushed by light. So at some point man should be able to kick on the out board solar motor and go 60 light years per hour. (just comparing to something that people can understand.) Now if 60 light years per hour starts moving the clock hands backwards being you might be out running the speed of time you just might go backwards in time. But I don't think so.

Depending on how old the universe is from the time the Big Bang happened (about 13 billion years old), you'd have to travel that many light years away from the center... Instantly. And by that far, you probably couldn't see anything happening anyways..

And to those saying space and time did not exist before the Big Bang... Um.. How could space and time ever not exist? Space and time may not have been recognized by any beings, but how could it not exist?? Time might not have been recorded.. But it existed! The Big Bang might be the beginning of everything we know in this universe, but I don't think it is the beginning to everything in the entire space outside the universe.

no. but if u could go 300 time faster than light and u went off to another planet really far away and u looked bak at earth u would be seeing earth probaly close to three hundred years ago. and some people just look at wat we have at earth and that may not be enough to go as fast or faster than the speed of light but if we look at other planets then maybe we can. some people believe that aliens came to area 51 and let us know about some of there tech. and one of there elements they gave us was element 115 which doesn't exist on earth. and some people believe that if u look at the other side of the univers u could see the univers in it early times. and the faster u go the more heavier u get so thats y in one of those shows the were in a bubble when they traveled

If you accept Einsteins theory that time slows down as you go faster, that same theory also says you can't go faster than the speed of light.

So the two things you're saying (move back in time and go faster than the speed of light) can't both happen.

It's like you painted everything blue and then said "what does a red ball look like". If you painted everything blue there are no red balls.

It is possible for anything on a macroscopic scale to exceed the speed of light. There do exist superluminal phenomena at the quantum scale, but the rules of special relativity prevent any object with mass to reach, or exceed the speed of light. Therefore, it is impossible to know what would happen if something were to exceed that speed.

the great Bang isn't precisely a secret, nor precisely actual and precise. it is in straightforward terms a supposition. particular, it may possibly be executed. yet huge examine should be executed to locate further and further preparation on the thank you to penetrate for the period of the so far impenetrable partitions of time. I incredibly have heard which you would be able to visit the previous or destiny, in case you rotate around the earth, swifter than its rotation by utilising itself axis. to flow to the destiny, you go clock-clever, and anti-clockwise for going to the previous. some thing of that style. And till ultimately date, approximately 2 persons have travelled in that way. certainly one of them lives 2 seconds or so interior the destiny, whilst in comparison with something of the worldwide... i'm no longer too advantageous approximately it, yet once you % to be responsive to extra, you may consistently elucidate with different people.

no. there is not such thing as to travel faster or even at the same speed of light because you will need an infinite energy to move even a single electron to the speed of light.

theoreticaly, yes
but to do that, we'll have to go many million times the speed of light cause the big bang happened a very very long long time ago, and right now, we can't even get anywhere near the speed of light so... yeah, in a couple of hundreds of years, we'll be able to do that

No. Even if we could somehow go back in time, there is no such thing as "before the big bang". Time did not exist prior to this event.
