For one this has never been a true democracy it's a representative republic. And dictators are not elected until after they kill off the opposition. As if Saddam was elected fairly with 100% of the votes.

Hmmmm... hey Demoracy means that it is possible for 49% of the people to not get what they want. I would suggest that when your in that group that you would better serve your country by accepting the majority rule and become a part of the solution rather than complaining or, even worst, hindering what the majority want.
Done this many times in my life.... it's called being a man.
