when my mum died i got her land that was left to her by my grandad. This is all i know about it.

It should be documented in the two wills.

You need to find out who the solicitor is who drew up the wills of both your grandfather and mother.

Once that's done, it should be easy, but be prepared to pay a whopping amount of inheritance tax.

The process can be as easy as filing a motion in the county or as difficult as hiring an attorney.
