A while back I saw a pickup that, I kid you not, had Ferrari printed on the tailgait. Did the I-ti auto legend really make a pickup for the American market or was this simply a joke played by the owner? It kinda loooked like a late-90s Ranger.

Pleanty of companies made Ferrari body kits for different model cars and mini-trucks. I saw a Dodge Durango the other day that was painted Ferrari red and had the Ferrari emblems.

Dufus, Ferrari is MORE advanced than all of the big three automakers put together. Take a look at their manufacturing plant online.

Never. Although Lamborghini did something that looks like a Hummer in the 1970's it is called the Lamborghini Cheetah. That is as close as you get.
