What do you think about when you see one of your students, and you think she's pretty..and i don't mean in a weird way.

It's not appropriate to discuss looks. In education, it's not relevant. Your remarks may be taken the wrong way, besides. You aren't allowed to say such to your colleagues, as it could get you in trouble for sexul harrassment, so don't do so with your students, either.

I don't see anything wrong with saying to yourself, "she's pretty." After all, teachers are human too. The same holds true in any other job. What if a co-worker is pretty, or a customer? The real question is what action a teacher should take. Should you treat that person differently than everybody else just because she's pretty? Should you try to date that person?
The answers to those questions should be a resounding NO! Whether a student is pretty or not isn't important. Teaching them is!

I guess that you can say if a student is pretty or not that's just an opinion, but it has nothing to do with the child's education. In other words those are judgements a teacher should never do, pretty or not they all need the same from us: EDUCATION.

I'm not really sure what you mean...do I give preferential treatment to the cute kids? Do I tell her? What.
How old is the student, depending on the age it is probably inappropriate for you to make any comments about her looks, unless she says something like "I'm so ugly."

I think to myself, "She's pretty." That's it. I am usually trying to get the students to think so it doesn't much matter to me what they look like.

I think teacher is a human too, so they can say one of the student is pretty,but I hope he doesnot do anythign else.....plz

i wouldnt say nothin and just keep quite.....just keep it to your self and not mention it to no one because that stuff can get u in trouble.
