If everyone got paid the same - we wouldn't work. Think about it...to be a doctor means your life is constantly commited to other people and there is no time for yourself. However, if you were only being paid the same as a supermarket employee - you wouldn't be a doctor. It's simple maths. The higher the intellect the higher the pay. Otherwise why work hard or commit yourself for no reward. Everyone shouldn't be paid the same.

If your doing the same job yes. if its in a different industry then it should be what the market bares but all jobs at that level should be the same. I worked a job where everybody at one level got the same pay it cut down on the back stabbing and butt kissing, it was nice. You didn't have friends of the boss who did nothing getting more pay than someone working hard who the boss didn't like.

NO
In a capitalistic society you have the ability to make your own deal based on your capacity to do it.
This doesnt mean that just cause you went to college you should get paid more .
It means that if you have the wits about you to demand more long enough you just may get it.
Many an uneducated man have become rich because they believed they could

NO you get what you are worth and get paid what you earn. It all depends on how hard you work and how valuable the company you work for feels you are.
