In-vitro fertilization.

Expensive and complex but 20 years ago you wouldn't have even had that.

As someone said the only way other then possible surgery to unblock your tubes is to go with Intro -vitro fertilization. However it is costly and it’s not guaranteed. Many times it takes woman a couple of cycles before they end up pregnant and sometimes it just doesn’t happen.

I am assuming u are asking because you aren't already pregnant...Sometimes laproscopic(spelling?) surgery can be done to unblock a woman's tubes. If this is not an option for you that I don't see any other way but IVF. Good luck and lot's of babydust****
