I have a 1st generation black nano right now but now that they just released the 2nd generation one that has the scratch proof casing like the mini had and now I want the new one. Is there any possible way that I could return the one I have now and get the new one? I got it May and from Best Buy.

See if you can return it and get store credit on it. Get the best buy gift card they give you if they can give you store credit and go back and buy the new nano.

Nope you would half to sell it yourself and than buy a new nano. IT's the game you play in this market I wish I had the new one too.
Also if you had gotten it two days ago you could return it ^^^^^^
