Well you could start eating until it is a snugger fit, but that is probably not the look you were going for I'm willing to bet.

Eat alot of Salmon, green veggies, and fruits. Eating progessed sugar, causes your skin to sag. Take vitamins and drink alot of water. Make sure you get enough protein every day. ( most women do not get enough).

Depends on your age and what skin you want tighter. If it is your face, Botox is great. If it's your stomach or legs, etc.... try exercise.
