8 days ago I found out I was pregnant. I took 3 different tests and had many symptoms so I have no doubt that I was pregnant. Two days ago I took another test and it came out negative, this prompted me to take 2 more tests and they all came out negative. I have not experienced any bleeding whatsoever. I took a blood test, but the results may not come back for two days. Does anyone have any experience with this? My heart is breaking.

That is strange. Even after miscarrying you are still likely to have a positive result on a pregnancy test. But with miscarriage, some women don't bleed, some do, some don't cramp, some have awefull cramping. It's still typical for all to get a positive result even after fully miscarrying. If you had any pregnancy test come out with a positive result, you are pregnant. Even the dollar store tests are acurate. Even if the line is faint.
The test responds to a certain hormone that pregnant women have.
Most women have it in them to just know. Just sit still and evaluate all the signs and could you be imagining some, or they are surely there, you can tell when something like that starts changing your body.
Try not to get too upset if it doesn't work out. Stress causes a lot of damage to your body. And take in a lot of folic acid before and during pregnancy because it lowers the chances of birth defects. My heart goes out to you and I sincerely wish the best of luck for you.

Pregancy tests measure the amount of female hormones in the woman's body that are triggered by pregnancy.
However most people don't realize how frequent it is for an egg to get fertilized and try to attach to the wall of the uterus, only to have the woman's body sluff off the uterine wall (or perhaps in your case absorb the fertilized egg) because it was too late in the woman's cycle. This would explain the spike in female hormones.
This is very common (so common that it' probably happened to every woman trying to get pregnant), it's just that nobody knows its happening. So don't blame yourself, just go for it again (if you want).
