First, try contacting ANY phone number you can find for the company. Look for a Contact Us page. It may just be a mistake or something you can work out via a call or email
Document the call or Print out the email
If you can't find a way to contact the company, you shouldn't have bought whatever in the first place...but anyway. If you can't contact the seller, contact your payment provider (credit card co., Paypal, Ebay, etc). Tell them about your attempt to contact the company.
Most credit card companies will assist you in recovering money (via a chargeback against the sellor). It's a pain in the butt process, but they will eventually forgive the charge/credit your account.

You should call your credit card company and request a chargeback for not receiving the product.
You can report it to the Ftc at:
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/cards.htm
but they aren't going to do anything for a $100 charge.

File a claim with your credit or debit card company. They will take care of it.
