AIM Error Code?

For the past few days, I have tried to login to my AIM and it pops up with and Error: "Category 4, Code 1", then immediatly shuts out. Someone please help me.

im not sure. go to the website and maybe you can email them and ask whats wrong.

Just reinstall it. Thats would solve most of your problemsunless you start a conversation with somone and then it crashes. In that case, that person might have a crasher. Find out who has the crasher and block them.
