I keep saying this, but... Lift heavy. However, make sure you're using proper form. Don't fukkin sit there, shifting your weight around trying to lift that bar. Don't swing when you're doing curls. You're just chaeting yourself. Everyone here has good points. To have good gains, do more than a one rep max. i.e., have someone spotting you and helping a LITTLE to push one or two more reps out. That last rep should be too much to lift on your own, but not so much that the spotter is doing all the work. And don't forget to switch up your exercises frequently.

Yes. Few reps (6-8 or less), with more weight. Also find a pyramid scheme that works. Add more weights in each round and do less reps until you hit your max with only one rep.

Yup, more weight less reps, but bulk can get kinda dangerous after a point. Strength is far more usefull (less weight more reps) unless you're looking to score w/ the ladies...

Both, plus carbing up with fast carbs before work out and proteins to build muscle mass.

The means Smoothies an hour or so before work out and

Steak and Potatoes for Lunch.

Then work out for a long time.

Arnold says he does 4 - 5 hours a day at the gym.
