On time will tell. Even if he has a few promising showings, he has to demonstrate this consistantly to be called good.

i'm no longer the worldwide's best Barry Sanders fan. i do no longer think of that he became into very effective quickly yardage circumstances. Jim Brown, Emmit Smith, Walter Payton, Erik Dickerson and a few others have been extra finished backs than Sanders. on the different hand Reggie Bush isn't even interior a similar league as Barry Sanders. Barry Sanders had a extra effective college and professional profession than Bush. Sanders became into an excellent each and every down lower back, and Bush is a glorified third down lower back. it is not Bush's fault, yet Bush is a beneficiary of plenty L.A. hype. Barry became into on the right song to be the perfect RB yardage gainer of all time. Bush won't additionally be interior the precise 20.

Little early for this question. No doubt the talent is there, but it takes more than quickness to make it big in the nfl. Keep in mind that Reggie is 6ft. 200 lbs, which makes him significantly skinnier than say a Barry Sanders (5'8" 200lbs.) or a Ladanian Tomlinson (5'10" 221 lbs). I think, especially with him returning punts and kickoffs, his biggest problem is going to be staying healthy. If he can stay healthy, maybe pack on some lbs., he'll be right up there.

The difference between the three are that Reggie Bush returns punts, kick-offs and you can put him as any receiver on the field. The other two, Sanders and Payton did not do that.

No, just stay hyped up and "live" up to it. I watched his game against Cleveland and he was nothing more then a RB. Barry Sanders was something special by how he could dance around. I really don't see Bush doing anything special like that. He will keep getting the hype because the hype isn't that he really can do anything special.

Tough to say. He has talent but I can't remember the last Heisman trophy winner that actually panned out. Maybe Carson Palmer but a dominate running back hasn't come thru since LT and before that who knows? Probably Sanders. Only time will tell.
