It sure is! There are different versions of it, too. You should most likely download the newest Beta Version, which has more features on it. You can listen to AIM Radio for free, picking only the stations that you want based on the music that you like!
You can get this at www.aim.com.
Also, you can use AIM Express, which requires no downloading, it just runs right through your internet connection. It's great if you don't want to download AIM, or if you are on a different computer that does not have AIM!

It is free, but you have to watch AOL now, they are having $problems from screwing over their customers. I would go with Yahoo IM and leave AOL alone.
