rather than going into an office to talk to a counselor you have the opportunity to talk with one, hopefully licensed in your state, online and pay the fee.

It is what you want it to be. There are many variations, methods, and ways of conducting such "counseling". I don't believe I would pay for such counseling, but that's just me. Also, be fairly clear as to what you want to accomplish before you begin investigating. Also remember that you only post what you are comfortable posting, nothing else. If you feel pushed, or anxious, reach up to the left and click off the site.

There are a number of forums where you can ask questions, and get advice... if that is what you are looking for?
Peace
