ive heard of filipinas asking foreigners to send them money through internet cafe's, that what your talking about? ive been to the philippines before, my wife is from there, so honestly i cant blame tho. with the state of their economy, people gotta do what they gotta do. it might be morally reprehensible, but these guys that are sending these girls money...u think theyre doing it with no thought in mind of getting someting in return? i mean, i know how those kind of guys think, its a two way street. yeah these girls are taking money, but these guys are sending it also and probably dont have that girls best interests in mind, so i say if theyre dumb enough to keep sending it, then let em
