Yes. Don't worry. My cousin had 1 and a half of her ovaries removed. She had twins with only half an ovary.

Yes! my sister had a cyst on one of her ovaries and went on to have 8 kids!

Yes, but your doctor should remove it. My sister had to have one of her ovaries removed because of a pre-cancerous cyst, but the other ovary takes over ovulating every month when one is removed.

A friend of mine had the same thing, after they removed her cyst they said that she should still be able to carry a child normally.

I have ovarian cysts too......2 on my left (small ones) and 3 on my right the smallest on my right is 3cm......Yes you can still have kids..just make sure to find out if the systs are functional or not...
(I've been TTC for almost 2 yrs.) ( Mine are serious)

You should have asked your doctor that question when the cyst was discovered.
