someone said to be a angel. here is an add on to that. cover the stroller with pillow material and put her in a little angel outfit to sit on a cloud basically. my sister did that and her baby was not even a month old. people were taking pictures of them just because it was unique.
another can be , you as a computer monitor with her in a box looking thing that represents the computer tower, over the stroller and the part that is from the top of the stroller cover open to the bar across her lap as the slot open, the open clot part can be made with an empty pizza box, where the CD would be places. use a plate or a old thrift store record as the CD painted silver. if the weather is bad it would double as a way to keep her dry and warm and wind blocked.

Dress her up like the mommy, get her a little purse, and a hat. You dress up like the baby, make a diaper and wear your hair on top of your head like a baby with a bow, and put a passifier on a string around your neck and carry a rattle. The two of you will be the talk of the party. Have fun!

Definitely do pairs! I'm going to have a 10 month old around Halloween, and he's going to have on a chewbacca costume, it's hilarious, and I'm going as Leia. Think of classic pairs! What's your favorite movie? You could do ANYTHING!

if you sew they make lots of cute baby costume ideas, the easiest is to put her in a zip up onsie with the feet and pin a yarn pom pon on her behind and put two felt ears on her bonnet and make her into a bunny, amber was just a month old when i did that. but you can make these outfits like anne geddies takes photos of, like a pea pod, and so on, in little sleeper like suits. very cute. you could be a gardener if shes a pea in a pod. just go to the pattern companies websites, simplicity, butterick and McCalls . just stick them in a web search,
